Job Title: DevOps Engineer Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands Type: Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extension likely) Our client are a global semiconductor company based in Europe. The client require candidates to work on-site three days per week in Eindhoven with two days working from home. Responsibilities: IT Architect for Software Engineering Services (SES) is responsible for designing and governing the architecture of our global software engineering ecosystem, spanning tooling for Project Management, DevOps, AppSec, Source Code Management, CI/CD services, co design tools, virtualization platforms, secure environments, compute clusters, generative-AI systems Ensure SES solutions comply with security requirements, data protection, Identity & Access management. Scan industry trends (CI/CD modernization, AI assisted development) to guide SES platform evolution Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. 8+ years in IT architecture, DevOps engineering, platform engineering, or large scale system design. Developer tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, Atlassian) CI/CD architecture Virtualization, networking, storage, and distributed systems. Containerization (Docker), orchestration. Expertise in LLMs and Generative AI Systems to be able to work with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures and safety in gen-AI. Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks, systems design, and integration patterns.
