We need a proven operations professional with strong abilities in people management, training, project management and continuous improvement. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys a blend of Operations Leadership, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Optimization. The ideal candidate will be metrics driven, dedicated to driving bottom-line growth for our client.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

· 10+ years working with Global Manufacturing Organization (Chemical, Materials, or Continuous Process industries preferred)

· Blended Operations & Lean/CI Skills
