Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This role requires operating high reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts (stand-up and high reach) to transport materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload products at storage areas, machines, and loading docks.
• Inspect forklifts and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Track inventory and complete documentation using handheld scanners.
• Assist with picking, packing, and organizing materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid forklift certification with experience operating high reach forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the day.
• Strong math and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
