What We Offer:

Premium compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate + performance/volume bonuses. Predictable schedule: Flexible block shifts (3x12s or similar) to ensure 3-4 days off per week. What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality, efficient acute care to pediatric and adult patients. Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting, I&Ds, foreign body removal). Lead the clinical team on shift, ensuring safe, rapid patient flow.

Qualifications: Board certified/eligible (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care). Active, unrestricted California Medical/Nursing/PA Board license. Valid DEA registration. Comfortable treating all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics). A patient-first, collaborative mindset. Compensation: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
