Experienced Jewelry Sales Associate – Fine Jewelry & Watch Repair
Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs – Tysons Corner Center, McLean, VA
We are looking for an experienced Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team at our busy Tysons Corner Center location.
We are especially interested in candidates who have previous experience in fine jewelry sales, jewelry stores, watches, or jewelry and watch repair. Knowledge of diamonds, precious metals, jewelry, and watches is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with jewelry and watch repair services
• Sell fine jewelry, watches, and related products
• Explain repair options and recommendations to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
• Prepare repair tickets and accurately communicate customer requests to our jewelers and watchmakers
• Maintain a professional and organized sales environment
• Help with daily store operations as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous jewelry sales or jewelry store experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of fine jewelry, diamonds, precious metals, and/or watches is a strong plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
• Long-term availability preferred
Compensation:
$20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Commission and performance incentives available after the training period.
Candidates with 10+ years of substantial fine jewelry experience and demonstrated expertise may be considered for compensation above the posted range.
Full-time preferred. Part-time may be considered for a highly qualified candidate.
