• Shift Schedule: 24-Hour Call Coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) • Call Schedule: Continuous Call During Assigned Coverage Dates • Call Type: Inpatient, ED, and Urology Consult Call • Patient Demographics: Adult Patients • Patient Volume: Varies; Busy Regional Referral Center • Phone Consults: Yes – ED and Provider Consults • Admissions: Consult Service with Inpatient Management and Follow-Up • Rounding Included: Yes – Morning Inpatient Rounding Required • % of Practice: General Urology • Support Staff: Nursing Staff, Anesthesia Team, Emergency Department Staff • Specialty Backup: Hospital-Based Support Services • Case Mix: Hematuria, Kidney Stones, UTI, Foley Catheter Consults, Rare Testicular Torsion Cases • Procedures:

Cystoscopy
Ureteral Stent Placement
Kidney Stone Treatment
Stone Extraction
Holmium Laser Lithotripsy
Foley Catheter Placement Assistance
Inpatient Urology Consults

• Office Equipment: Standard Urology Equipment • Beds in the Dept: 280 Hospital Beds • No. of Exam Rooms: Not Specified • Trauma Level: Adult Level II/III/IV Trauma Facility • Other Info: -Client may add adjacent dates if provider prefers longer stretches of coverageEmergency Privileges Available for Qualified Candidates • Hospital Privileges Available: Yes • Temporary Privileges Available: Emergency Privileges Possible • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered

Requirements:

• BC • Active PA License Required • DEA Required • ACLS Required • BLS Required • Minimum 1 Year Experience Required (2+ Years Preferred) • Trauma Level II Experience Required • Charting Experience Required • Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency Privileges Available Within 1–2 Weeks for Fast Document Completion
