The RN will provide nursing support in a hybrid capacity, both field, office and remote as needed covering programs in Gloucester, Camden, Cumberland and Atlantic County./ppSalary: Starts at $37.23 - $38.46/hr (rate is based on education and relevant experience)/ppWhat Devereux Looks For In You/pulliResponsible for completing annual Nursing Assessments for each residential individual./liliConduct quarterly choking assessments for each individual in day only and residential programs identified as high risk./liliReview all dietary changes for day only and residential programs./liliConduct specialized training for new hire orientations, boot camp classes and on-going as needed./liliReview medications charts, labs and medication counts to ensure accuracy within the group home./liliAssisting group homes with primary care physician or other doctors as needed./liliReview charts to ensure all required documentation has been received./li/ulpYou deserve to work somewhere that gives back to you!
