Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist

Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis, specifically for night shifts. This role is essential in providing care for women, high-risk obstetric patients, and neonates.

• Conducting thorough respiratory assessments.
• Initiating and managing ventilator support for patients.
• Administering various respiratory therapies.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient responses to treatments.
• Collaborating effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and NICU teams.
• Maintaining precise and accurate documentation of patient care.
• Adhering to evidence-based protocols and infection control standards.
• Responding promptly to emergency situations.

• Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly with obstetric and neonatal patients, is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
