Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze records of toll-road violators entering the pre-court process.
• Research, gather, and organize evidence and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and submit prosecution packets that meet county court requirements.
• Review findings with management and toll authority representatives.
• Monitor payment activity and escalate delinquent accounts.
• Update databases with information received from violators.
• Complete work according to established SOPs, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience in a professional office environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Windows-based systems.
• Microsoft Access and SQL knowledge preferred.
