A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives at its manufacturing facility in Marion, Ohio . Key Responsibilities: Lead the site Quality function and manage the Quality team. Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems. Oversee internal/external audits, certifications, documentation, and QMS compliance. Monitor quality KPIs and use statistical analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support new product launches, raw material introductions, process validation, and manufacturing optimization. Partner with Operations and site leadership to improve quality, throughput, waste, and overall process performance . Address customer quality concerns and support customer complaint resolution. Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field . 5+ years of Quality Management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 . Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
