**Required Experience and Skills:** - General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT experience - 2 years of experience - Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - Peds experience preferred - Charting System Experience: Cerner preferred **Additional Required Experience:** - Extensive list of specific surgical and procedural skills including but not limited to: Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arthroscopic, Craniotomy, General OR procedures, Neurological robotic surgery, etc. **Licensure and Compliance:** - Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start **Vaccine Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine: Required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
