MCL Talent Partners is actively recruiting entry-level sales and leadership talent on behalf of a fast-growing team in the Kansas City area. We are seeking goal-oriented, personable individuals to join their client management team as an Entry Level Sales Representative .

In this role, you will work directly with prospective and current clients through scheduled appointments, delivering tailored product and service recommendations.

No prior sales experience is required. The hiring team provides structured onboarding, hands-on training, and direct daily mentorship to ensure you have the tools to succeed from week one.

• Phase 1: Entry Level Sales Representative

  Upon demonstrating consistent results, you will begin onboarding and coaching new team members, building hands-on leadership skills.

• Phase 3: Sales Manager / Team Leader

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with prospective and existing clients through scheduled appointments

• Educate clients on available solutions and present customized service options

• Maintain client relationships and manage follow-ups using company CRM software

• Participate in daily team meetings, professional development, and leadership workshops

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required — backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles translate exceptionally well

• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a coachable mindset

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
