Client Services Representative (Customer Service)
Merrick, NY
Pay: Up to $24.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

HumanHire is hiring a  Client Services Representative (Customer Service)for a growing commercial HVAC company in the Merrick area. This role is perfect for someone with  strong customer service skills who enjoys helping clients, answering questions, and solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Answer  inbound phone calls from commercial clients needing service
• Provide professional  customer service and support by phone and email
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
• Work with third-party vendors to ensure service requests are completed
• Obtain vendor invoices and work with accounting to process payments
• Maintain accurate customer records and update service requests in the system

Qualifications

• Previous  customer service experience required (call center, customer support, retail, receptionist, hospitality, or front desk)
• Strong communication and  customer service skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone throughout the day
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working on computers and navigating multiple screens
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (typing test required)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
