Quality Control Analyst

Job Title Responsibilities Sample receiving, logging, and storage Conduct Quality Control (QC) testing of in-process and release samples by performing a variety of methods both molecular and microbiological in nature Anaerobic bacterial culture and maintenance DNA and RNA purification from microbial culture Sanger sequencing Flow cytometry Perform method and instrument suitability, qualification, and validation, as necessary Author and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Participate in training of QC team members Perform operation and maintenance of specialized equipment Ensure general laboratory and equipment cleanliness Communicate clearly with QC team and manager Document and relay results accurately Maintain clear, organized, and thorough record-keeping and data entry Meet GMP and GLP requirements and principles Complete paperwork and associated documentation in compliance with GMP guidelines Initiate and/or author out-of-specification reports, deviations, and change controls, as required Connecting Talent 2 Opportunity
