What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care in the ICU for diverse patient populations
Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Adapt care strategies based on patient needs and preferences
Document patient information accurately using EPIC systems
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
At least 2 years of registered nurse experience, ICU experience preferred
Proficiency in EPIC documentation and strong communication skills
Ability to perform physical demands typical of ICU nursing

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Certification in clinical specialty area
Additional relevant skills or certifications
