Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC, is looking for someone to assist in operating our 5506 Snack Shack and help as a bar back with the Sky Bar team. This is primarily a Thursday-Sunday job from 10 am-7 pm, but may require early morning inventory loads from the base of the resort property. We are located at 1007 Beech Mountain Parkway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Backup bartenders
- Assist 5506 Snack Shack selling hot and cold beverages and various foods
- Help maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Refill low and empty bar and snack shack stocks
- Change kegs
- Clear empty glasses and remove trash
- Attend to bathrooms and keep them clean and well-stocked
- Clear deck of snow and ice as needed
- Load early morning inventory once per week
Qualifications
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Ability to learn the POS system
- Basic math skills
- Proactive in identifying and completing work needs
- Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly
- Great spoken and written communication
- Clean driving record
