DACH Customer Success Manager

Managing a portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time remote DACH Customer Success Manager will ensure strategic clients achieve meaningful outcomes with ControlUp, proactively identify account risks, and guide customers toward optimal product usage. Key responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise customer accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with ControlUp Proactively identify and address account risks related to adoption, engagement, and environment health Build strong relationships with senior IT professionals and guide them in optimizing their experience with ControlUp Required qualifications Native German speaker with high-level fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Experience in an EUC or similar software company, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment Proven ability to build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships within Fortune 100 companies Strong project management, organization, and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric attitude
