Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
\n
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
\n
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
\n
• Outpatient experience required
\n
• Physical Therapist experience required
\n
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required
\n
• Active American Heart Association BLS required
\n

Assignment Details

\n
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
\n
• Weekend requirement: No weekends
\n

Location Highlights

Sault Ste. Marie offers direct access to the Soo Locks and the St. Marys River, with waterfront views and freighter traffic in a setting known for outdoor recreation. Tahquamenon Falls State Park is about 70 miles away, and Whitefish Point on Lake Superior is within roughly 75 miles for day trips focused on hiking, shoreline access, and regional history. The city also connects travelers to Canada through the International Bridge and includes attractions such as the River of History Museum and rotary waterfront parks near downtown. In winter, the area supports snowmobiling and skiing, while warmer months provide boating, fishing, and access to the eastern Upper Peninsula.
