twentyAI are hiring for an Associate Recruitment Consultant in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

The majority of the leaders in our business started out as trainees and have worked their way through the ranks to run teams, divisions, and offices. We’re now looking for the future top billers and leaders in the business.

Responsibilities

• Utilize multichannel headhunting and candidate-generation techniques to identify and target niche skill sets.
\n
• Build and maintain a candidate database, using effective sourcing strategies to ensure access to relevant candidates.
\n
• Obtain referrals for best-in-class candidates.
\n
• Gather information to establish candidate suitability for vacancies while obtaining leads and commercial intelligence.
\n
• Manage interview feedback and conduct candidate meetings.
\n
• Negotiate and close offers.
\n
• Work with senior consultants and managers to provide market insights to clients while working on live mandates and ensuring client expectations are managed.
\n
• Attend networking events and build relationships across Charlotte’s technology and business communities. Your network is key to your success, so developing these relationships in person from an early stage is crucial.
