Your Responsibilities

* Identify potential healthcare candidates utilizing our unique platform along with your professional network

* Initiate contact with candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and gauge their interest

* Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiters for thorough assessments

* Provide support during the hiring process by following up with leads to sustain interest

* Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system

* Generate commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your outreach

Compensation Structure
