Position Overview:

Optigy is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a well-supported, community-based Emergency Department in Muskogee, OK. This Level III Trauma Center serves as a regional hub across a seven-county area, offering robust specialty support and a rewarding opportunity for physicians who value high-quality care in a close-knit community.

* ED Volume: 35,000 annual visits

* Beds: 21

* Admission Rate: 18%

* Designations: Level III Trauma Center & Certified Primary Stroke Center

* EMR: Epic

* Support Specialties Onsite: Hospitalist, Surgery, Orthopedics, Critical Care, Urology

* Employment Models: W-2 and 1099 available

* J-1 Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available

Compensation:

* Base Compensation: $250/hr (W2) - $290/hr (1099)

* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $90,000

* CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually

* New Grad Package: $6,500 + licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one
