CNC Machinist

Location: Keene, NHAs a CNC Machinist with Janos Technologies, your primary responsibilities are as follows:Work from engineering drawings and process work instructions in accordance with established procedures, lean processes and standard work.Set up, operate and maintain CNC diamond turning machines in support of the production schedule.Collect, analyze, and report data for production processes requiring basic math and statistical knowledge.Manually clean optical surfaces using wipes and solventsUtilize metrology equipment to verify conformance of optical components to high precision specifications.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of relevant machining production experienceMust be a US Person as defined by 22 CFR 120.15 (Citizen, Permanent Resident)Ability to setup and run CNC manufacturing equipmentPossesses basic computer skills for entering data, reviewing process documentation, and operating computer-controlled equipmentAbility to perform measurements on high precision componentsMust read, speak and understand English written instruction and documentationWorking Conditions and Basic Requirements:1st Shift: 5:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Thursday2nd Shift: 3:15PM to 1:45AM Monday through ThursdayMay require occasional heavy lifting (> 30 lbs) or movement of objects up to 40 lbs.Involves exposure to chemicals and solvents.Safety Glasses & Latex Gloves are required.Fortive Corporation OverviewFortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
