Junior Insurance Agent - Customer Service We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Insurance Agent to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, assist with policy inquiries, process applications, and build strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding insurance policies, coverage options, and claim status Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and changes in coverage Process customer documents and maintain accurate records in the agency management system Follow up with customers on outstanding quotes and pending applications Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management as needed Maintain knowledge of insurance products and company policies to provide accurate guidance Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and documents File and organize customer documents, contracts, and agency records Perform general data entry tasks and maintain database accuracy Support the insurance agency with general office administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications Valid California Insurance License High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills and professional communication Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computers and insurance management software Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation Must be available to work in-office in Fremont, CA Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service, insurance, or related field Familiarity with insurance products (auto, home, health, or commercial) Experience with multiple insurance carriers and agency management systems What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for advancement Professional development and training in insurance products and systems Supportive, collaborative team environment Compensation:$35/hour This role is based in our Fremont office.
