Crabapple LandscapExperts is one of Atlanta's top 5 locally-owned landscape companies. For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta. We're looking for a motivated leader to manage operations and drive performance across our crews and properties.

What You'll Do

• Train and develop foremen into strong leaders and build a high-performing team
• Manage performance reviews, equipment certifications, and recruiting
• Schedule crews and routes to meet daily headcount and productivity goals
• Ensure service quality across your book of business meets Crabapple's standards
• Plan property inspections and provide ongoing on-site training
• Monitor budgeted hours and manage schedules to meet productivity and efficiency goals
• Retain at least 90% of your book of business annually
• Partner with Customer Relations Managers to understand customer needs
• Hold the team accountable for proper equipment and vehicle maintenance
• Ensure safety requirements are followed and build a culture of accountability

What You Need

• Landscape industry experience required
• 3+ years of Operations Management experience
• Experience managing up to 5 people
• Ability to identify sales opportunities that add value to client properties
• Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) in good standing
• Four-year degree desirable but not required with sufficient experience
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus
