Line Cook - Wicked Good- Part Time
$24 per hourBally’s Corporation
Responsibilities Complete opening and closing checklists. Refer to a daily prep list at start of each shift for assigned duties. Prepare a variety of food utilizing equipment assigned, including setup and proper breakdown. Understand and comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Portion food products prior to using according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, walls, and refrigeration equipment. Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist. Report equipment malfunction and/or food quality to Chef. Inform Chef immediately of product shortages. Perform other related duties as assigned by Chef. Demonstrate teamwork at all times. Working Conditions Be able to work in hot, cold, wet, humid and loud environments for long periods of time. Compensation Target Hourly Range: $24.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr Bally’s Corporation
