Brand and Communications Lead

To elevate brand visibility in the fintech sector, the full-time Brand and Communications Lead will manage Bastion's market positioning, messaging, and external communications while working remotely or from New York City. Key responsibilities Own the brand's positioning and external communications calendar, ensuring alignment with target audiences and messaging Develop and execute targeted campaigns to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads Establish relationships with media and industry influencers to secure press coverage and speaking opportunities Required qualifications Proven experience in brand management or communications, preferably in fintech or financial services Strong understanding of market dynamics and buyer behavior in the financial sector Ability to create and implement scalable content and communications workflows Experience in leveraging AI tools for marketing and communications efforts Demonstrated success in building brand awareness from the ground up Virtual Vocations Inc
