What You’ll Do: Ensure product quality by proactively establishing and maintaining quality requirements and controls on the production floor Conduct root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations for non-conformances and implement improvements Utilize and continuously improve Inland’s Quality Management System (QMS) to support defect reduction and process control Collaborate with customers and vendors to address quality-related issues and maintain strong partnerships Execute various quality engineering tasks as assigned by the Quality Engineering Manager What You Bring: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar quality engineering role, preferably in semiconductor or aerospace manufacturing Solid understanding of quality control methodologies including PPAP, 8D, 5-Why, and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) Familiarity with metal manufacturing processes such as punching, forming, welding, machining, and assembly Proficiency with basic SolidWorks and advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills aligned with a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing culture #J-18808-Ljbffr Arena Family of Companies
