Staff Force is Now Hiring a Warehouse Packer in Fort Worth!
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of operating various warehouse equipment and management systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are prioritized.
Responsibilities
- Select and pick items from storage locations using order picker, cherry picker, or reach truck equipment, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, utilizing appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Load and unload shipments safely while adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock counts.
- Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries.
- Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing warehouse layout for optimal workflow.
