Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Konawa, OK In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for leadership and a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to improve productivity.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
