Maintenance Technician

Nesco Resource is hiring for a Maintenance Technician. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, responding to equipment breakdowns and minimizing downtime, inspecting machinery and identifying potential maintenance issues, completing maintenance work orders and documentation accurately, installing, modifying, and maintaining production equipment as needed, following all safety procedures and company policies, and collaborating with production and operations teams to support facility goals.

Qualifications include previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred, knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
