Clinical Psychologist (Mental Health)

Duties
Provide individual and group treatment, using various modalities as clinically indicated to include brief problem-focused interventions, cognitive-mental therapy, and psychoeducational classes.
Assess acute mental health and mental medicine conditions in beneficiaries who present with such issues.
Provide treatment via targeted and efficient appointments for initial and follow-up visits.
Perform biopsychosocial evaluations using expert knowledge of clinical psychology.
Educate clinic staff on the principles of mental health via trainings and briefings.
Establish cooperative agreements among various providers and clinics throughout the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
