About the Role

\n

\n

As our Packaging Designer, you’ll take packaging projects from initial concept through production. You’ll work closely with our product development and ecommerce teams to create packaging that captures attention, strengthens our brand, and clearly communicates each product’s features and benefits.This is an on site, part time position at our Brielle, New Jersey office, with the potential to grow into a full time role.

What You’ll Do

\n

\n

\n
• Design new retail packaging and update existing packaging across multiple product categories
\n
• Develop packaging layouts using supplied dielines, product specifications, and brand guidelines
\n
• Prepare accurate, production ready artwork for factories and printers
\n
• Create instruction manuals, product inserts, labels, retail displays, and other supporting materials
\n
• Collaborate with our product-development and ecommerce teams to bring new products to market
\n
• Communicate with overseas factories regarding artwork, packaging samples, materials, and production requirements
\n
• Review packaging proofs and production samples for layout, color, print quality, and accuracy
\n
• Help ensure packaging contains accurate product information, warnings, and other required details
\n
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining organized artwork and revision files
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n

\n
• Professional experience in packaging design or consumer product graphic design
\n
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
\n
• Experience working with packaging dielines and preparing production ready artwork
\n
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual hierarchy
\n
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and proofreading skills
\n
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
\n
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
\n
• The ability to work on site at our Brielle, NJ office
\n
