Salary: $132,600 - 179,400 per year Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading a team in the software development field.
• Familiarity with Product Management Principles and Methodologies.
• At least 7 years of experience in software development.
• Preferred: A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or a related technical discipline.
• Understanding of cloud application development and deployment.
• Possession of an Earned Value Management (EVM) silver medallion or higher.
• Experience in Agile Software Development.
• Background in application integration brokers or micro-service technologies.
• Knowledge in Web Development.

• I formulate and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and collaborate closely with other GVHMS teams.
• I secure resources for projects and processes, oversee technical management of suppliers, and spearhead process enhancements.
• I provide oversight and approval for technical strategies, products, and processes.
• I oversee domestic and international travel, with expectation to be 100% onsite.
