I hope this message finds you well. I m reaching out to share an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner interested in a very low-volume, rural Emergency Department assignment with strong clinical support.

Assignment Overview

Role: Emergency Department Physician Assistant (APP)
Start Date: August 1, 2026
Openings: 2
Shifts: 3 4 shifts per week, 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract Length: 1-day coverage opportunities available
Patient Volume: Approximately 3 4 patients per day
Setting: Small, rural community hospital

Clinical & Facility Support

Standard ER APP coverage
Evaluation and care with access to telehealth services when no on-site provider is present
Athena EMR
On-site support including Charge Nurse and ED Nurse
Lab services available
Radiology on call (CT, X-ray, MRI)
Temporary privileges granted

Compensation

Direct Placement - company will negotiate salary
