Position Overview

We are seeking a Heavy Duty Tire Technician who is dependable, motivated, and able to work independently. This role involves mounting, dismounting, repairing, and maintaining heavy‐duty truck and trailer tires both in‐shop and occasionally in the field. A CLEAN DRIVER'S LICENSE IS A MUST

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair heavy‐duty truck and trailer tires
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
• Perform roadside or on‐site service calls as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with shop tasks when needed (loading/unloading, inventory, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements

• Experience with heavy‐duty or commercial tires preferred (will train the right person)
• Must be a self‐starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Strong, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in a fast‐paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and customer‐focused
