Senior Digital Product Manager Location: Mason, OH, 45040 Requisition Number: 228882 Job Description Cintas is seeking a strategic and customer‑focused Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of a suite of digital products. The role oversees multiple products that enhance and complement our in‑person, on‑site business services, delivering exceptional online customer experiences that seamlessly connect with and enrich offline interactions. It includes building and managing a team of Product Managers who will oversee the individual products. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization, for multiple products. Facilitate market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features. Measure and report on product performance, using insights to continuously improve customer experiences and business outcomes. Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the digital and on‑site customer journeys. Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding their career growth and ensuring successful management of individual products as the team scales. Skills & Qualifications Required 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of managing multiple products or product portfolios.
