Plona Partners is partnering with a leading AmLaw 30 firm to identify a Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting for its New York office. This is a high-visibility opportunity for an experienced law firm attorney recruiting professional ready to take ownership of recruiting across one of the firm's key offices.

The Senior Manager will oversee lateral associate, judicial clerk and law student recruiting , while playing a central role in the firm's Summer Associate Program and broader attorney talent strategy.

The Opportunity

• $165,000–$210,000 base salary

• Hybrid schedule — 3 days in office / 2 remote

• Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm

• Highly regarded AmLaw 30 platform

• Direct partnership with Hiring Committee members, practice group leadership and senior firm stakeholders

• Ownership across law student, lateral associate and judicial clerk recruiting

• Significant involvement in recruiting strategy, analytics and the Summer Associate Program

What You'll Own

The Senior Manager will lead recruiting initiatives across the New York office, including law school recruiting, interview programs, callback processes, candidate pipelines, lateral hiring and judicial clerk recruitment.

You'll also manage relationships with l aw schools, career services teams and search firms, oversee post-offer engagement and help drive the firm's recruiting brand in the New York market. The position will have substantial involvement in the Summer Associate Program, including mentor assignments, programming, events, work allocation and evaluations.

Beyond execution, this person will analyze recruiting data and metrics to help leadership evaluate hiring activity, pipelines and outcomes.

We're particularly interested in professionals with:

• 5+ years of attorney recruiting experience within a law firm

• Experience managing law student, lateral associate and/or judicial clerk recruiting

• Strong understanding of BigLaw recruiting cycles and Summer Associate Programs

• Experience partnering directly with attorneys, committees and practice leadership

• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to analyze recruiting data and communicate meaningful insights

• viRecruit or comparable recruiting/ATS experience preferred
