We rank among the leaders in areas like application development and AI/ML, and our people-first culture has earned us multiple Best Place to Work awards.About The RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions.Must HavesAdvanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities.Nice To HavesExperience within the IT industry as a Recruiter, Sourcer, or similar.What You Will DoCarry out the candidates' screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity. Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
