Pastis West Palm Beach is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join its opening team!

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager will play a key role in running day-to-day service, delivering exceptional guest experience, hiring and training staff, and ensuring overall operational excellence. Success in this role requires a hands-on, hospitality-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating memorable guest experiences.

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive restaurant management experience in a high volume, service-driven restaurant 
• In-depth knowledge of proper professional service techniques and dining room organization  
• Proficient in restaurant finances and recordkeeping (P&L/budget/food & labor costs)  
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and teach new systems   
• Ability to exact and maintain high service standards  
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills  
• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring diverse hourly staff  
• A love for French cuisine & culture
