To learn more about our company, please visit Requisition ID: 19962 Remote Work Available: No Job Title: Dispensary Associate – Full-time Department: Retail Reports To: General Manager FLSA Status: Regular Non‑Exempt Pay: $15.15 an hour (position is also eligible for tips) Position Summary The Dispensary Associate guides customers on their journey into cannabis by educating them on benefits and potential side effects. The role requires product knowledge, excellent customer service, and compliance with state regulations to facilitate a purchase while delivering an exceptional experience. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers. Show empathy and compassion to patients. Deliver the TruExperience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge. Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy. Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner. Follow Trulieve policies and procedures. Work closely with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience. Assist customers with product or device issues. Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues. Document customer issues and concerns on the customer’s profile. Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Employees may be required to perform additional team tasks on an as‑needed basis. Additional Responsibilities – Delivery Associate (as needed) Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Follow all Trulieve policies and procedures as a delivery associate. Additional Responsibilities – Online Support (as needed) Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe. Skills and Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent and experience in a similar field. Minimum 21 years of age (or 18 years of age in CT, PA, and WV). Prior retail or customer‑service experience is a plus. Prior cash handling experience. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Excellent people skills and effective communication in verbal and written form. Capability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism; ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion. Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully. Proficiency in conversational English, operating electronic equipment, understanding safety procedures, and using telecommunications devices. Physical and mental capacities necessary to perform job duties. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery driver role. Must pass a comprehensive background check. Additional Requirements Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that allow these senses to function adequately. Must function independently, showing flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile individuals. Physical Requirements Constantly required to move/traverse the entire facility, including confined spaces. Operating computing devices as required. Frequently required to manipulate objects weighing up to 50 lbs; push/pull objects up to 50 lbs. Ascend/descend stool/ladders/steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl as needed. Occasionally required to remain seated. Work Schedule Flexible hours depending on store needs; must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position up to 40 hours per week; may require after‑hours work based on business needs.
