Compensation: $75,000 Base Salary

My client is seeking an energetic, motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow its business throughout the region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience who is looking to build a long-term career in a growing industry. Industry experience is not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify sales opportunities and generate new business
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
• Prepare proposals and follow up on sales opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred (inside or outside sales)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
