About the Role:
As a Restaurant Manager at Encore Village, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining service. Your duties will include:
- Managing a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional food quality
- Developing and implementing menu plans, specials, and promotional activities to drive sales and increase resident satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized dining environment that meets the highest standards
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Building strong relationships with residents, family members, and colleagues to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
