Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Communicate with potential and existing customers.

Create, follow up, and coordinate quotations.

Coordinate sample sending to customers.

Manage the entire order process in the ERP system.

Create invoices and credit notes in the ERP system.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

Customer Service & Inside Sales Experience minimum 5 Years.

Microsoft Office computer skills.

Proven work history illustrates stability, reliability, and strong work ethics.

Willing to work in a high stress, fast-paced environment.
