Physical Therapist, PRN

Seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join in-house rehab team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Latrobe SNF/LTC Duties/Responsibilities Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long‑term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing. Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care. Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers. Measure and record patient’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance. Monitor patient responses to treatments and make modifications during sessions as necessary. Complete documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations. Skills SNF/Long‑term care experience preferred. Current knowledge of treatment practices. Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred. Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
