Shift Leader – Bruegger's Bagels Join Bruegger's as a Shift Leader. The role involves collaborating with the General Manager to motivate and coach the team, setting the tone of the shift, and taking responsibility for opening and closing the store. Shift Leaders help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and a safe store environment. The position offers an early close, with the store closing at 2 pm, and no evenings or nights. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the General Manager to drive guest experience and team morale. • Coach and provide feedback to team members. • Open and close the store with minimal supervision. • Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean environment.
