PT - Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift with 8-hour shifts, up to 40 hours per week. Weekend availability may be required, up to every 4 weeks.

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive therapy services to patients in an acute care setting. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote optimal recovery.

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on rehabilitation processes and home care techniques.

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification.
