About The Role The Customer Assist team plans to expand in 2026 from an associate pilot to a production experience serving 50 million+ customers. The goal is to be at the forefront of digital transformation by evolving Customer Assist from a text‑based chat experience into a fully multimodal experience capable of seamless voice, image, and document‑based interactions. This role focuses on enabling new servicing needs by developing AI‑Ready Tools that allow the multi‑agentic AI platform to take action on customers’ natural language requests. As a Senior Associate, Product Manager for Customer Assist AI‑Ready Tools, you will define product requirements, technical specifications, and the end‑to‑end delivery of the tools needed to power Customer Assist. You will collaborate closely with large, cross‑functional teams spanning engineering, business analysis, and risk, and help define a scalable, continuous delivery pipeline that simplifies tool creation and accelerates automation of customer servicing at scale. What You’ll Learn Human Centered Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design. Break down business epics into features and further into user stories, driving the team toward lowest effort or Minimum Viable Product for a valid feature test. Business Focused Demonstrate a growth mindset and use hypothesis‑driven assessment of data to ensure your product or feature delivers on real business needs. Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, ensuring all necessary processes and procedures are followed to manage risk. Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject‑matter experts to build cutting‑edge solutions for customers. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience. At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences. 1+ years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process. Salary Range (full‑time, annual) – McLean, VA: $111,200–$126,900; New York, NY: $121,300–$138,400; other locations are subject to local pay ranges.
