Accountant I

Set up new jobs in SAP and establish job folders Assist with Accounts Payable in SAP Administer contract billing in SAP Assist with the month-end close process Assist the Accounting Manager in creating timely and accurate financial statements Understand job costing reports from SAP Review UKG (Kronos) bi-weekly hourly timesheets Handle other administrative and accounting projects as needed Report to the Accounting Manager Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of experience and education Up to 2 years of financial experience Familiarity with accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills Ability to work on many different projects at one time Excellent Microsoft Office experience SAP preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in SAP for job setup, contract billing, and financial reporting, alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
