MUST WORK WEEKENDS.Part-TimeBenefitsInsurance (Medical, Dental and Vision)Supplemental InsuranceEnhanced Paid Time Off (PTO) PlanPaid TrainingFantastic Company CultureJob ResponsibilitiesReceiving accommodation reservations from visitorsTaking the details of all arriving guests including payment informationAllocating rooms to all guestsProviding information to guests about the procedures, policies, and facilities of the hotelProviding the guest with the necessary tourism informationHandling all customer concerns and queriesIssuing receipts to the guestsEnsuring the safety and security of all guestsMaintain all guest reservations in accordance with credit card security requirementsBalance and properly account for cash drawer at the desk for each shiftMaintain all training requirements as set forth by General ManagerAssisting guests with safety deposit box forms and keys as outlined by GMWear a provided uniform and name tag at all times on the propertyPerform routine cleaning throughout the work areaDocument any necessary minor repairs and/or replacements of room furniture, fixtures, and equipment to include television sets, light fixtures, and follow through with proper departmentSmile, acknowledge, and greet guests while in guest rooms, front of the house, or any other area of the hotelRespond to guest's requests for immediate repairsReport lost-and-found items in accordance with hotel proceduresAll other assigned dutiesQualifications/RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMust have a basic working knowledge of a computer including word and be able to handle multiple tasks at one timeMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalitiesMust display very good organization and time management skillsMust be able to frequently kneel, reach, crawl, and twist torso as needed to accomplish required tasksMust be able to regularly lift and carry up to 20 pounds without assistanceTo always maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearanceWe're an equal opportunity employer.
