Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:
Provide specialized perioperative nursing care to patients in a surgical environment. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during surgery.
• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists as needed throughout the operation.
• Follow strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols to prevent infections.
• Document patient care, surgical procedures, and post-operative instructions accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Operating Room setting.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
